"Wonderfully hospitable service and excellent attention to detail. The owners were very kind and offered kind suggestions of things to do in the area. The location is perfect as well - right at the end of hustle and bustle of Main Street but easy walking access to everything. Also, we had stunning views of the glacier and peaks from our room! Absolutely loved this hotel!"

"とても気持ちよの良いホテルでした。スタッフの方はとても親切で、寄り添ってくれました。語学に不安があったのですが、ちょうどタイミングよくレストランで働く日本人スタッフの方がいらっしゃり、明日早く出かけたいこと、その場合は朝食をテイクアウトできるように用意してもらえることを間に入って調整していただきました。 あと、近くにバス停があってそこからグリンデルワルトターミナル駅まで17分で行けるので、ユングラウエリアに向かうにもとても便利。 部屋からの景色も素晴らしく、もう一度利用したいくらいです。"
