Check-in started strong with after waiting 30+ min staff telling me I didn’t even have a reservation of the room with garden tub (shoutout to Expedia for apparently having imaginary photos of rooms). After settling, we got a room that smelled like a mix of gas station weed and straight-up farts. Amenities? Questionable. The hot tub had commitment issues (half the jets didn’t work), and the “heated” pool felt like an ice bath...
