"The suite itself was beautiful and clean, the overall building was very run down. After dark there were no lights on upper staircase which could be dangerous if we wouldn’t have had our smartphones. We were only left one set of keys for two couples and you needed the key to lock and unlock the door from both inside and outside….not good if there is a fire."

"The best thing about this place is it's location. We were a 6 minute walk to our tour/excursion and 8 minute walk to the train station, so we didn't have to worry about transportation. We knew it would be a tight squeeze for our family of 5, but the price was good. We had to arrive late at night and we received an email after hours with a code to a key box. "Absolutely outstanding, the service and friendliness was 5/5. The team were so helpful and kind and they helped in every way possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible and there was nothing we wouldn’t do for us. We had the only room with a balcony and 3 windows which was perfect. Just be aware that it is a noisy area so it is hardly quiet but this was not an issue for us as we were out and about 12+hours a day and shattered everyday. The bed was perfect. Highly recommend this...
