"This place was hands down the best place we have stayed in. The entire place is spotless! you can see it as you are driving to it. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Over the phone and in person. The gentleman who checked us in, pronounced my last name correctly. That was big for me since in most locations there is no Spanish speaking people. "The room was clean. The hot breakfast buffet was just ok. The egg omelets offered the day we were there were overcooked, dark brown & rubbery..they should have been thrown out & made fresh ones. We ended up eating a hard boiled egg instead. The maple flavored kiabasa sausage was also overcooked & the skin was so tough from being overcooked that it was hard to cut it with the plastic knife!"

"The bathroom was in rough shape with a lot of bandaids being used to fix issues. Had to shut off the fridge as it was making a high pitch noise. The king bed was the 2nd hardest bed I have ever had in a hotel room. Stiff extremely stiff. Not hotels fault but foot pounding above us all night and well into the early morning. When checking out, wasn't asked about my stay or anything just grabbed the cards and said that is all she needed."

"70% of the property was under construction and none of the onsite amenities or breakfast were available. Instead we were provided access to breakfast and amenities at another hotel. Hotel elevator (1 on each side) was constantly being held by construction crews and contractors moving furniture. Stairs were an issue too as the railing was broken off the wall."

"The manger is completely unprofessional. We were accused of tampering with smoke detectors which we did not do. There was a fire pit outside that we used every night we were there for a night cap. So there this was clearly a made up story. The manger claimed the fire department came at 10am when we were still in the room during that time. "I found this property by chance it was a last-minute booking and I was very impressed. It’s a Hilton product and it did not disappoint. Friendly staff and wonderful room. I will definitely come back and stay at this property when I visiting my family in Wichita."

"The air conditioning was not working- our room was at 75 degrees and would not cool down. Many people had also complained about this same issue. Luckily we brought a small fan, but I didn’t do much good."
