The pool and hot tub were clean and open till 11 which my kids loved. I slept better in this bed than I do my own! This is my 2nd experience at this location and it did not disappoint. I will stay here anytime I'm back in Greensburg!

The hotel did not have a nice welcoming upon arrival. It seems like the atmosphere in general is less than the hospitality at other Courtyards. Being gracious to customers is the gold standard. You don't have to fall all over them, but ask them a simple question or let them know something useful. "How was your day?" "There's some hot coffee or tea available if you like in the lobby." Our breakfast is served from ..." "If there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable..." Enjoy your stay!" Smile!!!

Extremely pleasant hotel and staff

We enjoyed this hotel very much although not everything was up and running (bar, ability to sit outside on the patio, etc.) because of the time of year. The staff were extremely kind and helpful to us. We will go back when the weather gets better.
