Property itself was great and deserves the 5 stars. The people around me were a little noisy, but it wasn’t loud past 11 and it wasn’t that big of a deal anyway. Great location for the airport and felt safe.

I stayed a night and received dirty towels, went down stairs was informed that there wasn’t any towels washed and ready that i would receive a call, never got one then was told at checkout the next morning that they would talk to a manager about the fact that they didn't have any towels to see if i could get a refund and never heard anything back from anyone first and last stay i will never stay here again.

Hotel Hell: Save a Few Dollars, Lose Your Mind This place is a complete joke. Don’t let the shiny new construction or bargain pricing trick you — you’ll pay for it in ways you can’t imagine. Here’s what you’re really signing up for: no staff on-site after 5 PM, no help before 9 AM, and zero basic hospitality. Just you, an empty lobby, and a cold, glitchy computer kiosk that’s supposed to replace human beings. Safety? Forget it. Service? Nonexistent. Peace of mind? Not a chance.

Ok- but not worth the money

The hotel has very limited front desk service. Our tv in our room didn’t work. The room had a stale smell to it like someone had smoke previously in it.

I dont like the fact that there is no full cleaning crew full time. I have ask the front dest pleanty of time for someone to clean my room. All you get is what is your room number. Is your room number odd or even? They need a regular cleaning crew.

When I reserved my room, I paid for the extras, kitchen with dishes. When I got to the hotel, the lady said it was only a standard room and that Expedia don’t know what they are doing. I showed her my room said queen with dishes included and she refused to help and claimed she texted the manger. I had to go out and buy dishes. I do not eat out due to my health so that’s the reason I was getting a room with dishes for the week so I could cook my food. Host didn’t seem to care and kept telling me to go to the dollar tree. Just a let down experience. 4th floor and smelled like pot. No hair dryer and front desk said can not get one until 9 am the next day because the front desk is closed after 8 pm. Suggested to all the other co workers, book somewhere else.

Horrible experience. The staff is lazy. They don’t change sheets. In order to get new wash cloth or towels you have to return the old ones. Maria was supposed to bring them to our room but called us 2 hours later to come get them. When we got to the front desk she closed the desk and would not open the door as we knocked. We had to use the service phone to get her on the line. Dead roaches on the window seal. No one is ever there to help. Just horrible experience.

En este caso reserve la suite más costosa porque en el anuncio mencionaba que incluía utensilios y esto era una mentira, cuando los solicite en Front Desk mencionaron que no tenían y obviamente los necesitaba, por lo que tuve que comprar utensilios de mi bolsillo, no es justo que prometan el servicio que no otorgan y además de que no recibimos el apoyo y atención correspondiente del Front Desk. Les agradecería verificaran esta situación y me reembolsen lo correspondiente a una suite regular porque no me otorgaron los servicios que ofrecían en la reserva original y solo mienten
