An oasis in a desert of traffic… Was passing through on the way from Florida to New York. I had made the reservation in the morning, but didn’t arrive at the hotel until 11pm (traffic was horrible). I’ve stayed at other Courtyard hotels in the past and they have become my go to. Always clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Always a good value for me. Staff is always friendly and efficient.

The staff was amazing! Adrian (front desk) went out of his way to find me the perfect room (quiet and far away from the elevator). Kelly (front desk) was very personable and had excellent customer service skills - she arranged to get me coffee for my room, and late housekeeping services . Then there was Nati (housekeeper), who was very cheerful and cleaned my room spotless. The only negative was the jacuzzi and firepit were out of service when I arrived, but the happy hour was great and I loved the staff. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice room as expected.

Nice, clean, updated room that was very comfortable. The only drawback is the airliner noise being directly in the path of the runway. But, it is an airport hotel, after all.

Not the best Marriott on this block

Great bar. No in room coffee. Ironing board was horrible. Great Marriott bed, linens and pillow. Decent gym with a good treadmill. Oddly very narrow shower. Good paid breakfast. V. Nice people.

The staff was wonderful and the facilities were clean and modern. The gym was well kept and i enjoyed my stay. The only reason i didn't give ot 5 stars is because the pool was unavailable. I wish I had known BEFORE booking. Please make this known at the time of booking so we don't arrive and get disappointed. Thanks.

Hotel staff was pleasant and professional. The bed was like sleeping in a marshmallow and we prefer more support. The flap in The toilet needs to be replaced. The seal leaks and the toilet ran most if the night I realize covid protocols ruined the warm cookie give away but i expected that to have ended. It was a signature experience.

WHen I checked in the staff was AMAZING. Friendly and cheerful, but on the next morning I needed water so went to the lobby and whoever was working was sitting a booth and literally acted like I put him out. He would not get up or anything. He told me to grab a couple of waters and I did and then I asked if I could charge to my room and he rolled his eyes at me. I wasn't impressed. The room was clean and nice, the only complaint there is how the room is set up. I just think if you moved things around so if you are in bed and want to watch tv you can, but it is set up so you have a closet in front of it. also the bed is so far away from the AC that you can't feel it. The room was beautiful and clean though and I loved that. would have given 5 stars if not for the poor service on Friday morning.
