"Friendly staff, convenient location."

"Nice sized room with a sofa that was a great touch. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. Keurig in the room, which was a great feature as I was there for 4 nights. The evening staff was very kind. I was there while I was working night shift so I didn’t interact with the day shift staff often, so I cannot comment on their helpfulness. It is a quiet location, right next to an interstate on ramp so getting places was simple. The only downside is that the hotel is dated and a bit run down...

"The room was clean. Bed comfortable. Wallpaper in bathroom is peeling. I think the property outside needs attention. Trees in front are growing into windows, screen on window torn…There is no breakfast unless you pay additional money. We had omelets which were fair, English muffin barely toasted, toast over toasted. Coffee tasted like dishwater. There was an empty bottle of soap in the shower (which I found out after I was already in the shower). There was no toilet paper in the bathroom...

"The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window."

"This establishment is one you want to skip! While it looks decent from photos, we spent our time being evacuated several times due to fire alarm concern. However; come to find out it was In response to folks tampering with smoke detectors. Was advised folks were asked to leave yet, this continued to happen. Waking up to a piercing alarm while supposed to be stress free is not ideal and not something one can get any sleep experiencing. I’ve asked to speak to manager at the establishment.. no...
