"Beautiful location overlooking the river. Staff was very friendly. Mattress could be replaced. It sinks in the middle quite a bit. It was ok for a night, but would have been rough any more than that. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"The coffee came out just water. We tried several cups nothing but water. Breakfast was bagels, small muffins and cereal. Definitely short on staff only one person trying to fill the muffins and do the desk plus run the shuttle to the airport. Next time we will definitely try a different hotel"

"I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues, as I pulled into the lot there was one handicap spot left that I thought I would take but as I pulled around the row of cars the night shift desk clerk parked there before I got there. I found another spot much farther away, as I walked towards the door I noticed the the car that parked in the handicap spot did not have a placard or handicap plate and the 20 something year old jumped out of the car and ran and I do mean ran into the building. "Comfortable bed"

"We checked in and checked out within 10 minutes. We could not stay here with our family. The door did not close properly, the room had holes in the walls in multiple places, the bathroom has black dirt around the tub and the floors. There was also green stuff on the rise of the roll of toilet paper. The headboard had handprints on it and there were stains on the pillow cases. The hotel unfortunately decided they would not honor a refund so I would caution anyone who considers booking here on...

"No, WIFI barley worked had to move 3 rooms, the rooms outdated no free breakfast no microwave, location near train track tried to cancel my booking they refuse to refund me, could NOT sleep during my whole stay."

"The Hilton Cincinnati Airport is slightly misleading in its name. It's a Hilton hotel, and is definitely located near an airport, but it's in Kentucky, and a bit of a drive from Cincinnati. That said, while the hotel is spacious and pretty quiet despite all the families staying there when we visited, it's the staff that deserves most of the kudos. They ably answered any questions or concerns we had. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it was a pretty good value with an on-site...

"It was a good place to lay your head for a night. No major complaints. It was clean but dated. I would stay here again. Only feedback I would give is to get the musty smell out of the rooms and the hallways, otherwise was great."

"Outside trashcans had overflow of trash and was never dumped. The only elevator had inside damage to it. Rooms had roach crawling on ceiling. Infestation of ants after an ice cream spill in the room. Front desk said they sprayed but the ants returned. Pull out couch was broken and had to use a rollaway. Chair (red) in the room had old stains. Breakfast was average. "
