"The staff is great. They must have kept my notes from a prior stay, they put me in a corner room/ top floor which was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Bed linens impeccably clean. Interior of the room clean and well maintained.
That said, cosmetically speaking, the property is showing signs of wear, which is to be expected, I suppose.

"Absolutely love this place the beach is right across the street and everything you need is within walking distance. The owners are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. "Staff was great. Bed was very comfortable. AC was GREAT, almost too cold. Breakfast was your typical sort. The breakfast was served from 6-10 and very well stocked and clean. Just a short walk to the bay. Pool was nice.
I would have given a higher rating, however... there was mold by the door leading to the balcony, the tile floor wasn't very clean(hair and sticky spots) in several places and the exhaust fan wasn't securely attached to the ceiling. Yes, this hotel is on the water, but I feel...
