"Some properties are worn out. Some properties are dirty. This is both. Marriott has failed in oversight. Marriott as a brand is what I would select with the expectation that an acceptable level of cleanliness would be provided. Too many recent (last 2-3 years) disappointments. I can not rely on Marriott. Going forward, Marriott can not rely on me as a customer"

"No pots or pans in the kitchenette. That was disappointing as today kitchenette did have hobs etc. Otherwise very good stay."

"I booked for four days with my family. My bed had hair all throughout it. The shower water did not get warm nor hot. My stay was not pleasant due to those things. Staff was great everything else was great. Also be careful with parking. Set it up properly"

"When we first checked in our room one of the beds was not made as soon as I shared my concerns to front desk they immediately gave me a different clean room. Super attentive will be staying again!"

"The Fontainebleau lived up to the hype! It was very clean, and the pool was amazing! The only complaint I have is that our kids were constantly asked to show IDs on the casino floor. They are young, 21 and 23, so I get it, but they were probably asked 5-8 times a day within a couple of hours each day. It was pretty excessive. Seems like they could get together and realize they have already checked them for the day, as they pretty much stayed on the same game tables and machines the entire time....

"Staff at the elevators were always so friendly. Appreciated getting bottles of water. Uber pickup was very easy and easily accessible."

"I reserve tow beds and when I reached they try to give me one bed, I have to pay either $350 a night if I get the same room I reserved or to go down from my original room and pay $85 a night which I did. The electricity was not working half of them in the room. Towels not very clean. I will not go back this this hotel."

The very first thing that was frustrating was being told that they had a “welcome” gift for us and was immediately routed to the concierge desk for a sales pitch to be scheduled for another sales pitch. They seemed annoyed when I refused the offer. Went back a couple days later to try and purchase show tickets and got the same sales pitch. Hotel was great the concierge was a hassle"
