"I thought everything was wonderful about this hotel. I was able to keep in mind that they just reopened after a catastrophic one in a lifetime hurricanes with that said the only few things I feel that they could've stepped up with was giving the staff a better work environment, especially the lifeguards. "From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special. The owner personally welcomed us, and the doorman was sweet—honestly, everyone working here was topnotch. They take care of everything you need.
The Welcome & Dining: We checked in early & offered wine upon arrival, and dinner at the restaurant was yum—tasty food with a stunning ocean view. The restaurant attracts international travelers; we met guests from Spain and France stopping by for lunch, which added to the atmosphere.

"Service at restaurant wasn't great, first day we waites over 2.5 hours fornour dinner. Mext day at the grill, i was ignoresnfor over 15 min, then took over an hour to get our lunch. Appeared that service was only for people they knew as survice improved as staff gotbto know us.
Two months before the trip, I had to cancel one night do to flight changes. Still waiting for my refund, despite many calls to both hotel and expedia. Its been 2 months. "
