"Location was ideal for enjoying the white mountains. Staff here were pleasant and helpful. We went on the moose tour with the activity director and did see two moose on our trip! It was very cool. Hot tubs and pools were awesome. Overall great place great trip!"

"Room was fine, bathroom was nice. Only there one night on a 40 dgree rainy day, so no amenities used per say. The 1st assigned room had a beeping smoke detector, so we needed to change room. Booked a "Riverview" room...nice enough, but the river is really a creek and there is a road on the other side, so there was still some traffic noise. Breakfast was good."

"Enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and comfortable. More like staying in a large home than a hotel. Very nice."

"Breakfast was fine. Our bathtub had a big area of dried soggy soap residue on the ledge. So I imagine the tub wasn’t cleaned. Never saw the pool. The stairs to the second level in our room was VERY steep. The bed setup was great otherwise to sleep 6. Check out was 10am and our child had a competition until 11am so that was very inconvenient. $75 per hour for late check out. No thanks. I don’t know why they have such an early checkout. We were going to have lunch at their restaurant before...

"The pool and hot tub were under renovation when we were there. The contractor was there early in the morning working on the pool and hot tub on the weekend that we were there and this was noisy."

"Absolutely loved our stay!! Front desk was extremely kind and helpful! Josh at the Rhythm tap and grill was amazing!!! Met many people that have been owners for years! Will be back!"

"TV only had 3 channels and were in Spanish. Shower didn't keep temperature and was weak."

"The pool is out of service, under construction. The pool being not open was not shared with us when we booked. They didn’t offer the continental breakfast because there wasn’t enough people staying there the night I was. The staff did their best to bring us some of the food options to our room but it was a very limited selection of items."

"The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was beautiful. There was everything you needed downstairs in terms of kitchen with coffee, water, candy, and little snacks. "
