Fantastic hotel located on top of hill on the edge of town. Definitely worth paying a little extra to secure a sea view and sunset over the distant mountains. Hotel was exceptionally clean, staff were extremely friendly and buffet breakfast was excellent.

For our first trip to Crete we decided to make Renieris hotel our home base as it was perfectly situated just outside of busy Chania and near a good beach and the major routes to the western part of the island. It was the best decision, as this little family-run hotel on a hill overlooking the beach is run with love, and they treat guests like royalty. The daily breakfast was huge and delicious, and the pool is wonderful. We highly recommend this affordable little bit of luxury on Crete.

Lovely family run small hotel, so nice & quiet & not touristy. very friendly staff, convenient car rental, well sited for exploring the western half of the island. Don't know why it's only rated 3 star, should be rated 4 star, we had a very enjoyable stay & holiday.

The experience at Renieris was a very positive one. We had a great time. The hotel is very clean. The Staff is very friendly. We had several options for breakfast as vegans. The Greek coffee is fantastic! Nice view from the room, pool and breakfast room. I highly recommend Renieris if you plan to visit Chania.

Amazing property, clean and tidy and the room had everything we needed. The owner of the property was extremely courteous and helpful and arranged everything from car hire to where we should go to maximise our few days in Crete. Would definitely stay here again!

I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. It was our first time in Greece and Stella, George, and Georgia made us feel right at home. The views are incredible and the breakfast offering was so delicious. Everyone was so kind and went out of their way for us. Highly recommend!
