"So convenient to access hospital. Hotel parking only a short walk to the hospital. Room was clean however beds were lumpy with rubber mattress protectors that were noisy every time you moved in bed. A/C malfunctioning and a staff member came up to fix. It started to cool down and then malfunctioned again. 24 degrees and wouldn’t cool down. "I was very impressed with how friendly the check staff were. I had a glitch with my reservation, however it was expedias error and it was of course impossible to get a hold of anyone through the contact numbers. The residence staff however went above and beyond and corrected it for me."

"Never accept a room on the first floor. This is where they stick people they want to screw with. Loud, constantly banging external door, just beware. I will not spend another dime in that hotel (almost $300 per night) to have that crap. Go to Marriot instead and I spent probably 20 nights in this hotel until the staff decided to screw with me because I came in 20 minutes earlier than their 3 pm check-in."

"Not our best hotel stay, leaking ceiling in the restaurant, pictures do not reflect current state of the hotel at all. Peeling paint everywhere, small room, overpriced. Staff were friendly and as accommodating as they could be. Expedia helpful with changes we needed to make."

"There was only one “issue”. They have not a really big parking lot in front of the entrance, so I had to park on a different parking lot down by the road. Generally, not a big problem, at least for me. Everything else was as described: clean and professional. Recommended!"

"Booked an “upgraded” room only to be told that the only difference between upgrade and standard is a king bed. Expedia room pictures are deceiving. Watch out for potholes in the parking lot, they’re big enough to ruin your day. Somebody must have hulked out on the door to the stairwell, because the pushbar was hanging sideways off the door. My room smelled like a mix of subtle BO and cleaning products, so I knew it had been recently cleaned. Shortly after arriving there was a domestic dispute...
