"Everything was fine from the time we arrived the day before on a different reservation as we got there unexpectedly the day before. We just had the keys rekeyed and was good to go. The room was very clean. It passed my cleaning test that I do at any stay with an A+ especially the bathroom. Kyle at the front desk was fantastic and kudos to the dining staff. "

"This was a flashback from something out of the movies, the lobby was clean looking the staff seem very uninterested in being there. He mumbled everything to me I had to asked several times to repeat his questions and answers just during check in. No elevator so I took my bag up the stairs myself. As I’m walking to the room you can smell the stench of weed. I arrived to my room as I’m looking in the window I notice dirty quips and tissues in the window. The door was also jimmied at one time. The keys didn’t work so I had to go back down. Once on the room I was shocked that it had a very clean microwave and refrigerator. The 1st bed the sheets were dirty or permanently stained. The 2nd bed 2 out 3 pillows were dirty, 1 with red makeup and the other looked like it fell on the dusty floor. The bathroom, I didn’t have enough cleaning supplies to throughly clean to want to use the toilet or shower. Air conditioning was loud but worked. The lamps had so much dusty grime on them I don’t think the outlets would’ve worked. I l checked out and went elsewhere."
