I have my colleagues have stayed a year ago and the electricity have turned off on them now when I went and checked myself this time and rented a suite, there was stains in the floor and dust under the bed and the bathrooms was renovated and shows the paint on the bathtub also, the duty manager won’t help you with anything

Terrible attitude of reservation
Very stubborn reservation staff who refuse to help to correct a mistake which was immediately notified and all they are interested is to repeat to like a broken record talking about rules and nothing can be refunded, even if they know and realise that it was a some mistake but booking agency.

Once a good hote, but not any more.
We have stayed many times in this hotel, but I have to say that this is no longer a 4,5-5 star hotel. The hotel i starting to be very worn out, during our stay the pool was closed and was rebuildt, also on the floor where we stayed there was paintwork being done in the hallways, none of these ongoing works are mentioned when you book the hotels The rooms are also worn out, the carpets have damages and in the toilet some metalparts are very rusty, also it was not very clean. The service was also not very good as staff did not know about the benefits that came with our roomtype, also some foods was sold out and no local beer available. In the end we got our benefits, but it was a hazzle.. Only good thing is that beds are very comfortable. This once was a good hotel, but now it is worn out and I will not stay here again before it eventually is modernised.

Full occupancy with pressure on service standards
Excellent room. As they did not have my booking of junior suit available, they upgraded to higher suit one hour after Checkin time which was nice gesture. But service remained an issue. Getting television working took 3 calls. Breakfast enquiry was not attended to. Room service bill had an extra item included which was corrected after pointing out. Breakfast was excellent. Hygiene standards were followed. Everyone was polite and assured the best attention . I guess a fully booked hotel with overbooking creates its own challenges. Manager assured that it will be much better experience next time. I am sure of it as in the past I never faced such issues. Will try again in due course.

Superb hotel. Only breakfast experience was not so good as place was crowded. No table so I was offered to sit outside where unfortunately sun was there. After 10 min got a seat in the breakfast hall. I appreciate that hotel has no control over how many guests come together at breakfast hour. But they need to do something for a place to sit when hall is full. Everything else was fine. But for breakfast experience I would have rated it 5.

RADISSON BLU BRAND IN GREATER NOIDA AFTER NOIDA
Radisson Blu brand , well maintain & good rooms. Kindly check your invoice at the time of departure , they are charging GST as well as service charges which is optional to pay. I have taken objection to pay it , arguments from reception , we have policy onward you have not like our services ? Even though after all this arguments you are not ready to pay service charges they will prepare one credit note mentioning customer don't want to pay service charges & they will take your signature and remove the same.

Overall it is a nice hotel with pleasant staff. It is not a a great area to go out and walk around. Stay away from the bar. They charge you full price but give you a half shot. And they will admit that their "one shot" is really a half shot! Otherwise food is good.
