"This hotel was very nice and easy to walk around. Overall it was great and clean. Room was nice and big for what you got and overall view of the resort was lovely from the 4th floor.
There is some maintenance around the place that is taking place that they need to work on. That is why I say that it is a 4 star and not 5 for this resort. I believe they will need to work on this a bit to bring things up to spec so that when people are looking around that everything is perfect.
As for the buffet, if you want a lot of great options for food, this is the perfect place to go too. It gives you and your family great options to pick from. Everything is good, very helpful people and lots of options to pick from. Morning, mid day and night, all good. One thing that may help is that sometimes the services are also your host, busboy and table cleaner. I belive this slows down the process of having tables ready for the customers right away.
As for the pools, all great. Nice view of the hotel, swim up bars and overall great feel of the place. Need more sitting area so make sure you are ready to find some seats for you and the family.
Beaches were nice. I was there in June so it was seaweed season, so it is not their fault for that. Overall clean beaches, beautiful sand and walk up food truck for burgers and hot dogs. Very busy though. There are people trying to sell you packages, just get it at the resort. Easier and they were great for the family. Monkey trip was perfect."
