"I'll start with positives: room was cleaned every day. Food at the restaurants was good. The cleanliness of the pool and surrounding area was definitely a big issue. We got to the hotel and Thursday night and Friday pool was very clean but after that it wasn't touched. By Monday you had plastic cups sunk at the bottom of the pool, lots of sand, napkins floating etc. I brought it up on Saturday to the staff with the hopes that they would clean it but we left the property without anyone touching...

"Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing, and they have plenty of staff to help with anything you want or need. They have the nicest beach I've ever been to with plenty of shaded areas. Everything else was perfect."
