"The staff at The Premier Suites were top notch. Glenny was our premier assistant and was there to help us plan and schedule each day. Sergio and Luis at the Premier Suites main lobby were also so helpful they took us around looking at the properties and shared which famous celebrity loved where. That was an unexpected and fun evening! The food quality was spectacular and fresh. I will say as a whole the servers where at the beach or restaurants were very inattentive and moved slow. Example...

"The property is gorgeous, staff is very friendly and amenities are top tier. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 is due to the experience I had with the transfer service offered by the hotel. Not only was the driver very fast going up hill and no where in communications with the hotel was the cost of the transfer mentioned. Go for the spa & restaurant but arrange your own transportation. "
