"What a cool hotel! The architecture and sculpted picture windows, and the views from the top deck restaurant terrace. The two items on the menu that I shared with my daughter from the top floor restaurant were artistically presented, with good portion size. The wait staff was accommodating in the bar area, as we had no reservations. The cafe in the hotel lobby made excellent espresso drinks. We missed our opportunity to dine in the restaurant on entry level, which appeared to have similar menu to the top floor, and perhaps more affordable for a family person concerned about price of entrees. Everything was delightful, including the gracious valet who took care of our car. My critical observation for the hotel restaurants is to perhaps work on front-of-house customer service needs and delivery at bar and on the dining floor."

"I have stayed here a few times now. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Easy access to food and entertainment near Park Meadows. My only minor complaint is that the beds are good for sleeping but a bit springy for other activities!"
