"Although we didn't have any issues the location was not in a good area, We were told by transportation people not to go out after dark. Key cards very rarely worked had to go down to the desk almost all the time for a new one. No the cards were not near our phone. Staff were excellent and very professional but of course frustrated because of the key issue, never gave us a hard time about it. Not sure of the spelling of her name, maybe Lovi would see us walk in and already have a new card for...

"I really enjoyed staying here. It's a long way from downtown Rapid City, but the good thing is that there are Uber and Lyft options, which made transportation easier for me. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. I also appreciate the kindness of the waitresses at Minervas Restaurant, as I had a delicious meal and they were very helpful. Thank you very much."
