"Beautiful hotel & rooms were spacious and well appointed. Hotel has great restaurants (Zinc was great food) and a great cocktail Bar (Oxygen). Service at the hotel was excellent/friendly and I appreciated the hotel shuttle service."

"No protein for breakfast. Just waffles cereal bagels toast. Room wasn't very fresh and lots of dirty corners. Food was still in the fridge. Pool was ok not many towels suggest bringing your own. Pool is peeling but clean. No elevators so if you have luggage I suggest requesting 1st floor upon arrival. Staff is absolutely friendly. "

"Many things at this hotel were subpar. The most upsetting issue was that we paid extra for a riverfront view, only to have a semi trailer blocking most of it. The bathroom also had several areas where the paint was peeling, and the tub was not clean upon arrival. Overall, the property is in need of some TLC and better upkeep."

"Very friendly staff, unfortunately there just needs to be a deep cleaning and some updates. The bed in my room was on the floor, and seemed to have a very questionable smell. "
