"For being posted as a 100% smoke free environment, the elevator smelled of smoke, and when getting off the elevator on the 2nd floor you got accosted by the smell of pot. Long term stay tenants sat right outside the rear door smoking so you couldn't get away from it. The cleaning crew tried to adjust by using too much cleaner making the floors sticky"

"We only stayed 1 night to attend a banquet being held locally, the room was quite large and easily accommodated 4 adult women with a sitting room which was an added bonus. The elevators were quite loud and felt shaky but worked fine. The front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful."

"This place was disgusting. I do not recommend at all. Everything was dirty, pillows had black mold, when I mentioned to the guy that worked there about how it’s not what’s shown in pics he said there pictures are false adviti. Pool is green, extremely dirty. I’m more then positive people actually live there."

"The ceiling was leaking water over the toilet couldn't even sit without getting wet. Tub was dirty. Ill never go back. But the staff was really nice gave me extra towels to soak up the water. "

"Floor was filthy. So i wiped it down. Room was dusted but finger marks on micro fridge and i wiped down all surfaces too. Showerhead worked but needs replace. Caulking needed around tub, water damage, but no mold or smell. Quiet from traffic noise."

"When we arrived they were drying the carpet out with a big fan. The carpet was soaking wet! There were chunks of the carpet missing. We pulled the sheets back and there was debris on the sheets. There were also burn holes in the bedding. The guy at the desk responded “they are just burn holes”. We requested the sheets be changed and they were. The smoke detector kept going off and we requested battery change. At 5:00 am the alarm went off again and continued to the point we took it off the...

"Hotel smelled, room wasnt cleaned competely before i got arrived. There was a hair in my shower, walls had dirt and grim. Hard time sleeping it was loud, people were in and out of the hotel, people yelling the halls, dog barking in the next room until 2am, cars in the parking lot hanging out blaring music, it didn't get quiet until about 2:30am. "

"Wouldn’t recommend staying more than a night or two. Uncomfortable bed and not well cleaned bathrooms made me feel less than satisfied with my stay. Staff was still helpful though."

"Suite 223 didn't have a working microwave....notify front desk and "claimed" they submit a maintenance order.... followed up 2 days later and manager told me she knows nothing about it and that they have no new microwaves. not worth the price they charge if some of the basic stuff don't work. they could just swapped microwaves and yet when i checked out, still no working microwave.. when it comes to this property: buyer beware"

"The front desk people are extremely rude none of them where wearing name tags, "no management on duty OR to call", the guy at the front desk said he didn't know how to get in touch with management or didn't know corporates number. They tell you one thing then do another and be careful take pics of your room ALWAYS when you arrive and when you leave because they will try to keep your deposit as well "
