"They didnt returned the pre authorised money.. we called..at first receiptionist said he did.. but when we went again and checked it was not done... then there was a sweet lady at reception ... she helped immeditely. "

"No staff on premises. Had to call a number as there was noone at reception. Said if help is required, it'll be offered on phone. Location gives it prestige but hotel has none. Room looked neglected."
