"Stayed in August at the time of the Fringe, Tattoo, and Oasis Concert- so a very busy time with lots of street performers and tourists. From USA traveling with 2 teens and 2 adults. The Good- warm greeting, helpful staff, super clean facility, wonderful expansive breakfast buffet (included), bath products available in room, fridge in room, location to royal mile and princes street. If you want a walkable visit- the location was fantastic and the streets really cleared out before 10 am or after...
