"The property was clean and smelled nice. Our suite was also very clean with plenty of clean towels and pool towels. Our tub was clogged and immediately they sent maintenance to fix it. Everyone was exceptional on the day shift. No bugs were observed. My complaints are the beds were brick hard, pillows sucked, and hot water wasn’t very hot, but property was completely booked. "Excellent customer check-in. People seem to genuinely enjoy working here - and for a holiday weekend that's saying something! Parking was easy. Even though our room wasn't ready when we arrived (early - like 12 noon - I get it), the front office lady checked us in, welcomed us, gave us our parking pass, explained that we could access all the amenities (exercise room, pool, etc.). I like that the pool has designated adult swim times (2 hours in morning; 2 hours in evening), so it's not overrun...

"Where do I start, this hotel has everything you need, it has parking, pool, jacuzzi, a beautiful ocean view and it has so many restaurants close by. I highly recommend this hotel. The view was beautiful and the best part was I seen dolphins from my window, it was the coolest thing to see. The staff were amazing. I am definitely staying at this hotel again. "

"Close to everything. We went to a concert at The Dome and it was easily walkable. Also the beach is right there. Seems to be safe area. The restaurant is not open. The bar is convenient but the bartenders are not very pleasant even for a simple exchange. The halls and carpets in the halls need a makeover. The halls are dark and the carpet is dirty. The room was great! We had a king with partial ocean view. It was lovely."

"For the price def worth it its not glamorous but is rennovated a short walk from the beach and onsite pool our check in wasnt until 4 and they made us a pay a small fee but we were able to enjoy the entire day def recommend it "
