Door at the end of the hall to the outside was off its hinges. Wi-Fi didn't work. Do not go there. We left just after 7:00 am. Couldn't wait to leave."

Very disappointed with the resort fees for chairs and umbrellas. We did not use these but still had to pay the fees. We had to pay the resort fee even on the day we checked in, but we were not allowed to check in until 4:00 PM unless you wanted...

"Mattress was comfortable but we did have to ask for a set of sheet for the pull out couch. Staff was polite, breakfast was basically good though I had 3 kids with me that wanted pancakes but the pancake maker was broken. The cinnamon rolls were amazing! Location was convenient. Pool area was very tidy and clean and did have towels available. There was no coffee pot in the room. Being that we had a number of people staying, which was disclosed with the reservation, they're definitely could have...
