"This was the worse experience I have had in a long time. Our room was on the second floor and we are senior citizens. The elevator was broken and so we had to have help from a stranger to get our luggage up there. My husband asked for a different room on the 1st floor but there were none left. The telephone did not work in the room so you had to walk to the front desk for help. The ice machine did not work on the 2nd floor so you had to walk down to the 1st floor for ice.
