We arrived at the hotel in the evening, which is located in the city center. We drove into their underground parking garage, which was closed off with a barrier. After ringing the bell, someone came out and told us there were no parking spaces available, and suggested we park in the nearby Billa supermarket parking lot. Unfortunately, our car didn’t fit there. We started driving around the area, but it was full of sketchy-looking homeless people, and we couldn’t find a single available parking spot. We returned to the hotel and explained the situation, but they offered no help whatsoever. As a result, I had to cancel the booking because there was simply nowhere safe to leave our car. Of course, Expedia didn’t refund us, and neither did the hotel — now I’ll have to turn to my bank to try to recover the money. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU’RE TRAVELING BY CAR!

I highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying 4 nights at the Radisson Hotel Graz, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the incredibly friendly and professional staff at the front desk. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast at the hotel deserves special mention. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and the kitchen staff were attentive and accommodating, making sure that every guest had a wonderful start to their day. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the attention to detail was evident in every dish served. Overall, the Radisson Hotel Graz exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, delicious breakfast, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Graz. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

Recently completed hotel within a 15-20 min walk of city centre and well located for the main station. We stayed in 2 interconnected rooms but there were quite a few small issues with our room including no towels , loose exposed electrical wiring for lighting in a bathroom, and a disabled toilet which wasn’t the most appropriate for children. However in general the condition is very good although I did think one of the rooms was quite cramped. The staff at reception were friendly on arrival but the city tax was twice the level that had been quoted by Expedia. We also had issues with staff questioning whether we had booked for breakfast which we had paid extra for. This might be an Expedia issue but I felt the staff could have dealt with matters in a more friendly and less hostile way.

Ab 20 Uhr funktionierte das Internet, dadurch der Fernseher und das Haustelefon nicht mehr. Im Gespräch mit dem Personal wurde bekannt, dass das Problem schon den ganzen Tag bestehen würde. Der Techniker würde jedoch wieder kommen. Um spätestens 21:45 würde das Internet wieder funktionieren, gab man an mir zu verstehen. Als es um 21:45 auch nicht funktionierte gab man mir zu verstehen, dass der ITler gerade alles wieder zum laufen gebracht habe. Warum es bei mir nicht funktioniert, könne man sich nicht erklären. Bis ca. 23 Uhr funktionierte nichts. Danach habe ich geschlafen. Internet kann ausfallen, keine Frage. Aber es war offensichtlich bereits bei meinem einchecken ein bekanntes Problem. Hiermit hätte man anders umgehen können. Da ich an dem Abend das WLAN benötigte und dies auch in den Services des Hotels aufgeführt wurde, finde ich dass das Hotel die angegebene Leistung nicht erbracht hat und uberhaupt nicht proaktiv an einer Lösung gearbeitet hat. Solange es keine Probleme gibt können viele Hotels gut sein. Erst beim Auftreten eines Problems zeigt sich ob das Hotel angemessen reagieren kann. Das Radisson in Graz kann das definitiv nicht.
