Best place to stay in Graz if you have a car or don’t mind tanking the street car into downtown. The rooms and breakfast are great. Staff is chill and there is a grocery store, cafe and other small restaurants nearby. Love it!

Very pleasant staff, unfortunately the ac on our room did not work at all. Therefore it was quite hot in the room. We stayed there heading to f1 in spielberg. As well as many others, therefore they changed the breakfast opening time to quite early even though it was weekend! Very nice place. Close to the train station and city centre

Felt very comfortable here, welcoming and clean, great kitchenette. The shower design seems odd to me, as no matter how careful I was water would end up running out the door and across the floor — I came up with the idea to roll up a towel and lay it across the shower opening, and this helped a lot. The staff was very friendly and kind. Impressively fast wifi. I do wish there was a light installed outside by the back door, as it felt a bit uncomfortable coming in late at night in the dark. I purchased the breakfast one day because all the shops were closed; it felt a bit pricey at €20 but there was good variety and everything was tasty. Would definitely recommend.

Wij hebben over het algemeen een prettig verblijf gehad bij Harry’s Home. Het hotel ziet er verzorgd, modern en nieuw uit, wat meteen een goede eerste indruk geeft. De locatie is ook erg fijn: in een rustige, nieuwe wijk en op ongeveer 10 tot 15 minuten van het centrum. Daarnaast waarderen we het duurzame concept van het hotel en het vriendelijke personeel – dat maakte het verblijf zeker aangenaam. Helaas waren er ook een paar tegenvallers. We hadden vooraf geen ontbijt geboekt en besloten dit spontaan ter plekke te doen. Hiervoor betaalden we €20 per persoon. Op zich prima, maar de kwaliteit viel erg tegen. De keuze bij het buffet was minimaal en veel producten leken al een tijd te liggen: salades en spreads waren bruin verkleurd en vleeswaren uitgedroogd. Uiteindelijk hebben we alleen wat croissantjes, een gekookt ei en jam genomen. Na deze ervaring hebben we de rest van ons verblijf buiten de deur ontbeten, waar we voor de helft van de prijs een veel betere en uitgebreidere optie hadden. Het duurzame beleid is positief, maar de uitvoering kan duidelijker. Bij aankomst moesten we aangeven wanneer we de kamer schoongemaakt wilden hebben. Houd er rekening mee dat dit beperkt is tot het vervangen van handdoeken en het legen van de prullenbak. Verwacht geen opgemaakte bedden of afwas (wij hadden een studio met keuken). Al met al een fijn hotel, maar met verbeterpunten.
