L'Auberge de Sedona

"This is a beautiful property. It is right on the river and the upper pool has an amazing red rock view. We stayed in a spa cabin and it was very comfortable and clean. We especially loved that it was walking distance to town. The restaurant was delicious and we had an exceptional waitress. The valet were prompt, friendly and helpful in parking and retrieving our car as well as getting our luggage to our room upon arrival. Things that could be improved- twice we needed things from the front desk (coffee and toiletries). They had to call housekeeping each time and we had to wait. Seems like all that could be avoided if they kept a few things behind the counter like most hotels do; especially for the price point of this one! The second time we needed shampoo and the front dest person told us that it would be a long wait (we didn't have that much time because we needed to check out) and then she suggested we just walk around and try to find someone. That was frustrating... Lastly, we bought a bottle of wine from a local winery to take home. The bag also had a necklace and earrings we purchased. All went 'missing' from our room. We aren't sure when it disappeared and the wine wasn't a big deal, but I am so bummed about the jewelry. You aren't suppose to bring outside alcohol onto the property so are wondering if housekeeping confiscated it; unaware that we were bringing it home as a gift. So bummed about that:("

"10/10 Stay at Whispering Bed & Breakfast! We had an amazing stay at Whispering Bed & Breakfast! Cheryl, the innkeeper and owner, was absolutely wonderful and made us feel right at home. From her delicious breakfasts, including pancakes and avocado toast, to her helpful recommendations and assistance with restaurant planning, she truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was also fantastic, within walking distance of Uptown Sedona, which made exploring the area so convenient. This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast, and it exceeded our expectations. It genuinely felt like a home away from home, thanks to Cheryl’s warm hospitality and thoughtful touches. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 10/10 — We will absolutely be staying at a bed and breakfast again, and we would love to return to Whispering Bed & Breakfast! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Sedona."

"Breathtaking Views, Great Location, and a Wonderful Stay! We were pleasantly surprised by this property! The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the location is fantastic—within easy walking distance of numerous local shops and restaurants. We stayed in Room 412, a king suite. Although our room didn’t have a private balcony or a view, we were just steps away from a spacious, open-air balcony on our floor with comfortable seating. It was always available and provided a wonderful place to relax and take in the scenery. Our room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Fresh coffee was always available in the lobby, and a full breakfast was included with our stay—both nice touches! The property also features a beautiful pool area with stunning views and access to the resort amenities. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, courteous, and welcoming. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. Between the incredible scenery, convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent hospitality, we had a wonderful experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
