"Clean room"

"Kitchen was empty Not a single amenity available Only 2 towels for room of 4. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty and never was refilled despite room cleaning. No coffee machines in room. Loud noise in corridor and sound transmit a lot from adjacent rooms. Shuttle service was plus but only on weekdays. Overall ok and quiet place."

"The property is clean and pleasant with good beds. There is little you can do to four green walls and a TV except dress it up and charge more. This was competitively priced for what I needed and compares well against more expensive properties such as the Hampton Suites nearby. What mad the difference for me was the staff. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. One manager Darrel, I think his name was, went out of his way to help me with a very difficult time making my computer work to print critical documents. That type of effort made a huge difference to me. I will be back."

"Staff was nice. Rooms were OK. Bathroom: The shower situation is terrible. The curtains for the shower don’t go down to the floor. There’s little to no barrier between the shower and bathroom floor so the water just goes wherever. Disgusting. Beds/ living space: was OK. They don’t seem to clean the window areas which I thought was a little weird but hey that’s not terrible. There’s more but I’ll stop there. "

"Facilities (4/5): for an older hotel, the lobby is fairly modern and the hallway floors look relatively new. Room (4/5): the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. It has outlets for various types of cables and adapters. Bathroom (1/5): the bathroom counter is so low that it is more suitable for a daycare. The bathtub is also so small that it is about 2/3 of a standard tub. My friend’s room, however, has a standard bathroom. It might be just a matter of luck. Service (1/5): the front desk staff had a rude attitude. And if you did not book a room through Hilton directly and you may be treated poorly and be stuck with a different room type. I booked a King bed room but was given a double beds room without first telling me during my check in. I walked to my room at the end of the hallway and then had to back down to the front desk and ask for a King bed room. Instead of checking his computer to see if a King bed room is available, the front desk staff immediately claimed none is available and blamed others and me for faults (e.g., someone else assigned the room; you booked through a third party so we cannot guarantee the room type; you did not tell me earlier about your room type; etc.). After I walked all the way back to my room, he called and said a King bed room “just became available” but I declined because I did not feel like walking all the way back again and dealt with his rude attitude. It was an unpleasant experience."

"The hotel was very easy to find because it is right off the exit. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had all the amenities needed. Would definitely stay there again. The only negative experienced was the shower design caused the bathroom floor to get very wet. There were no extra towels in the room to mop it up with either. Maybe ask for extra towels at check in."

"The AC didn’t work - the room was 78 when we arrived and the unit just blew out hot air. The staff did not apologize the next morning. Unfortunate and horrible night of sleep."

"This was a clean room efficient stay. The staff was helpful and courteous. The property is old and janky looking but the room I had was just fine for a one night shower and sleep stay. No frills, but i was surprises to see a microwave and refrigerator. There was not many channela on the TV. Overvall I'm satisfied with the quality of room for the money I paaid. I would stay again if I just needed a simple one night stay. "
