"The room was latge and comfortable, although a second chair would have been nice. the shower room was a tiled wet-room, but there was no shower mat, although one was quickly provide when asked. Excellent food, but it looked like the evening menu didn't change very often."

"The room was very clean. Fittings were to a good standard. Staff polite and helpful, both on Reception desk and in the dining room. Buffet breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold food. Plenty of parking spaces."

"A terrific hotel. We had a 6 person apartment which was spacious and clean with everything we needed. Play area great for kids and we loved the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Very pretty location too. Highly recommend."

"We liked the space that the apartment had and the location of the property. The apartment was very quiet and had all the amenities we needed including the kitchen area. We also liked the garden at the back of the property. We will book again when we come back to Ulverston."
