"Cannot say as i did not stay due to the manager trowing me out for letting my partner use the toilet the got me charged with drink driving for trying to sleep in my car as did not have anywhere else to go"

"We have enjoyed a fantastic 2 night stay, the location was spot on only 2 minutes to Lake Windermere and the ferry landing point.
Colin is the perfect host, very attentive, knowledgeable of the area and looked after us well.
Breakfast was a lovely; full English in a cosy setting.
The room was fine with all amenities. It was our birthdays whilst there and Colin decorated the room, these touches are most appreciated.
Definitely recommend 10/10"

"We had the luck of staying during the week of Halloween. the room was spacious and comfortable. There was a wonderful Halloween event happening and we especially enjoyed the owl show. "

"Brilliant breakfast lovely and freshly made could not fault it . The room we stayed in nice and clean we had a nice peaceful sleep. Parking wasn't a problem plenty of room to park your car. Overall I'd definitely go back again. "

"The hotel is located right in the center of town making it very convenient and easy to walk to nearby activities. There is no reception, but we got in our rooms with no hiccups and amenities were refilled. Highly recommend! "
