"We arrived before check in time and kindly the hotel allowed us to enter the room. The breakfast was delicious and healthy. The hotel offered us different trips and sold us it in a good price. The hotel is near of Canada Place, Stanley Park and Robson Street. "

"Decent hotel. Staff were good. They had an issue with one elevator being out of service and staff said it was taking weeks to fix. There are three. The hotel was full so there was lots of waiting for elevators. On top of that cleaning staff used the same elevators so it was very busy and crowed. Sometimes we waited 15 minutes for an elevator. Otherwise a good hotel- staff were very friendly and it’s well located. "

"The room was scuffed and cheap seeming. Staff wasn’t very helpful at all when trying to extend my stay. They told me I had to rebook online, and when I did I didn’t rebook the right suite, and had to do a second time. And now that I think about it I still haven’t received a refund. "
