"They gave away my room. They hardly gave me any excuse as to why and just resorted to "im sorry i dont know" when I kept asking. When I then asked for any other rooms with a king bed or even a single bed, they said that the only place that they had left was a double room. It had stains on the carpet, random bits of hair and food on the floor and on random parts of the space. The shower didnt work and everything from the elevator floors to the bedframes to the entire floor of the room itself...
