"The Lux BM team were very on it when it came to our child's every need. The resort has an on premises pharmacy and nurse which makes it super convenient in case of any emergencies.
The kids club is very well structured and has a lot of great activities to keep little ones entertained and is very well staffed.
Buffet styled breakfast and dinner was decent with plenty of variety.
The beach is amazing and has crystal clear water and you can walk out into the beach with below knee water and small fishes. The coral reef is also healthy and for snorkeling fans there is plenty to see.
The central pool is massive and has varying depths to accommodate little swimmers.
The cleanliness of the room and the check in experience was not great. The initial room was not cleaned and we had to wait 4 hours for the room to be ready. However, the management team did turn it around - upgraded us, looked after our daughter so overall the experience was positive."
