"The room was very clean and the hotel staff extremely accommodating, especially with dinner reservations. When we checked in, the kitchen wasn't serving food, so the manager had a concierge walk us to a sister hotel for lunch and they took care of our meal due to the inconvenience. It was a very nice gesture and was totally unexpected. The location is central to everything! Highly recommend staying here."

"We arrived in Dublin for my birthday. The next day while going to a birthday dinner, we were robbed by immigrants in Dublin. They stole my phone and my wallet. I had to make calls to cancel everything. It completely ruined our trip there we were with no money. and no credit cards the night manager was so kind. "We took a taxi cab to get to the hotel. There is a shuttle bus that we took to get back to the airport that was about 16 euro. There are 2 close bus stops on either side of the hotel that is good for public transportation. Teeling is right behind the hotel and St Patricks Cathedral is in front of the hotel. "This property is nice and very newly renovated. The rooms and the common areas are decorated beautifully. My room and all the common areas were very clean. The front facing staff could use a little work. My check in process was very awkward and every interaction with the reception staff with different people were all equally as awkward. "Breakfast was delicious. Accommodations were nice. Staff members were helpful and professional. Located in the heart of downtown where a lot of bars and pubs are and the noise at night was pretty loud. I could hear it past midnight through the hotel room walls and windows. Ear plugs did not help. Other than that it was a nice day and if you’re into partying, it’s a great spot for you!"
