Absolutely brutal! Tried to change our reservation for a different night, they refused do that, got charged anyway for the room and the property refused to refund or even give me a credit for another night. I will never I repeat never stay there again.

Clean, quiet, updated room. Large fridge, microwave, cutlery etc. Owners were very sweet. Quiet and safe motel. Located right by arena which is why we were in Grand Forks (for Hockey).
