"Why upgrade my room and tell me I can’t use the room If I do I will get charged maybe the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard…so why upgrade me…they are very limited in towels the only give you two, you have to pay to get a clean towel….."

"Very friendly and helpful staff and an excellent in-house restaurant, plus many other great dining options nearby. Well equipped rooms, with powerful but very loud AC (bring earplugs). Short walk to the beach with chairs available to borrow (don't bother with the umbrellas, as they're barely wide enough to cover one person). Right on the main street and a ~20 minute walk from Camana Bay, giving great access to local busses. "

"Very nice facility with lots of amenities. The on-site restaurant was amazing with fantastic and reasonably priced food with a staff beyond compare. There is also an on-site water tour company and equipment rental place that run tours to Starfish Point and Stingray City from the dock on property. Super convenient!!"

"The offer of another room after check out was appreciated to bridge the gap between checkout at airport , but the denial of spa facilities such as a team room and sauna unless I ponied up for “services” was inexplicable given that i was paying £1500 per night! "
