"Positive: Very nice property in a lovely location; kayaks and paddle boards available free of charge, clean comfortable rooms, hot showers with strong water pressure, good breakfast Negative: We booked a room with full board but were told upon arrival that the hotel did not even offer full board, that just breakfast was included. Hotels.com needs to look into this issue!! Water in both pools had an oily surface, not entirely clean."

"The hotel is just in front of Calle Calzada, very convenient location. The hotel staff are very friendly and courteous. We were offered a welcome cocktail of cold drinks of ginger with Jamaican rum - very refreshing. The breakfast is superb with cold juice and fresh fruits! Highly recommended place to stay when visiting Granada!"
