Great location, walkable to the cathedral. Next to hotel is a little place with great good price breakfast, lunch, nice lady serving. Staff very friendly at hotel , always at reception desk. Very safe, recommend for single travelers. The only negative is the noise from the club down on Duchese street, avoid room on that side of hotel, maybe because was weekend , but probably is always very, very noisy from people talking front of club until 7 AM .

Very friendly staff, good walking distance from Granada Train station and Plaza Nueva. Restaurants near by, good for easy breakfast in the morning. Room was a bit dark and not natural air flow but clean room.

The hotel was clean, great bed that made for good sleep. Decorated nice and bathroom was beautifully tiles. Window with balcony had metal shutter to help with street noise. Terrace on fifith floor was not open so was disappointed.

I had a great time and i was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable and it had all i needed. The people working there where very nice. The hotel is in the center of everything, and it was less the 10 minutes to all the good places to visit in Granada. It was quiet and calm the whole night, and the aircon was lovely and worked perfectly. Recommended

The hotel staffs were very kind and the room condition was not bad. Comfortable bed and nice terrace serving a great beverage and drinks. Opposite side of the hotel, there’s a fountain springs clean water to drink. And very quite in the night. The supermarket and cheap restaurants are near. It was a perfect place to stay few days. I appreciate to the all staffs who I met.

No worries about anything. The hotel helps me about anytime what I wanted. It’s not so far from the downtown and have many restaurants and stores to buy. And more, there’s a great view terrace serving great drinks and beverages. Above all, the reasonable price made me continue to stay. Everything was comfortable and want to stay there one more time.

Very standard room, very small double bed where barely fit my partner and me, very bad noise isolation (hearing everything around). Very nice reception guy at check in and the waiter at the rooftop bar, not nice the lady at the reception when we came back to collect the luggage saturday night.

Everything was perfect. That’s why I decided to stay here one more time. The staffs were also very kind and they offered everything that I needed. The take out restaurants are near, the downtown area is not so far. I felt safe even late in the night. Could take a rest well every day and night. If I stay in Granada once more, I’ll stay here without any consideration.

The reception staff are very friendly and try very hard. The hotel decor and furnishings are old and tired and it appears in the process of being updated. It’s a great location and a very convenient and safe base in the city.

The last night in Granada, I also decided to stay here. They offer everything what I needed and helped me until when I left the hotel. Netflix was running well and quite fast WiFi. It felt like home. I’ll never forget every staffs always smiling.

I was disappointed.

Stay was ok but I was very disappointed that they close the terrazza. I stayed in this hotel just because of this and I wasn’t able to enjoy the view. I understand if they can’t serve you all day but al least keep the area open so we can go there to see the view. Most disappointing

Amazing view from the upper terrace. Very kind service. Pity there was only chair for two persons at our room. After a long walk in the city we would have liked it to have a seat for both of us.
