"Great parking as long as a spot is available. We had some trouble finding the hotel with the midday crowds on the mountain — called and the very helpful clerk ran outside, flagged us down and directed us to the parking lot at the end of the building, The room was fine — pretty typical for a boutique hotel, and better than expected for the location. Breakfast was also fine, and I was surprised it was included as I don’t recall selecting that option. With the fantastic location, a nice walk to both castles or the bus that takes you up to Hoschwangau Castle, I’d certainly stay here again."
"Good value for money.
Well appointed room but on the first day there we had no hot water as a boiler was faulty.
The car park was very difficult to find as we did not know the town and the hotels instructions could have been clearer.

"We loved the pool. It was the perfect temperature and clean. We were very comfortable in our room. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was delicious and at night we enjoyed the juice and hot chocolate that was available for us. The staff was kind and friendly. They gave suggestions for restraunts that were just perfect for us. "
"Such a great stay! Had been in Munich and Berlin so this location was of course way different. Tremendous location, cute shops and restaurants. Staff so helpful. Clean, so clean, energy efficient. Parking tight but no real issues. Love this place"
"I enjoyed my two nights here mainly oŵing to its location and the care given me throughout my stay by staff and particularly by the receptionist on duty when I arrived. He kept an eye on me (an old man with mobility limitations), told me where to buy gluten free crispbread, and made sure caught my train when I left.
The hotel has extensive facilities for the active guest. The room was large and comfortable. The buffet mesks from breakfasf on were good with s fair choice including my need for gluten free food.
The other highlight was enjoying the children on thd nursery slopes at the end of the hotel drive."
"An excellent hotel with a great location and delicious breakfast and dinner.
Walking distance to the cable car and with beautiful centre of Garmisch just around the corner. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable for the family of three. The room was very well equipped, including free beverage in the fridge (Arolser beer was a particularly good one), Nespresso machine as well as slippers and bathrobes.
Selection of food for breakfast and buffet dinner was excellent and delicious - bravo to Chef!
The only ideas for improvement are to update the pool area and to reduce the waiting time at the dinner in days of set menu.
I would be happy to come back again!"
