Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren in einem Appartment das paar 100 Meter von dem Hotel entfernt ist. Das Zimmer ist wirklich sauber und gepflegt. Wir hätten uns nur einen Wasserkocher gewünscht.

Das Appartement war sehr ordentlich, vielleicht etwas gediegen möbliert. Ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zu vorkommend. Die Speisen sind für Auge und Magen qualitativ 1a. Gerne wieder.

Wir haben ein Appartement gemietet, es war aber für uns bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich, dass dieses Appartement nicht im Hotel ist sonsern in einem eigenen Appartement-Haus. Dieses ist ca. 400 Meter vom Hotel entfernt, was die Möglichkeiten zur Nutzung von Schwimmbad und Sauna doch sehr einschränkt.

Augen auf bei der Zimmerbuchung !!!! Dass ein Hotel, welches mit 3-Sterne-Superior wirbt, also besonders guten Dienstleistungen, Zimmer ohne Hotelservice anbietet, ist für mich sehr überraschend! Ich konnte mir nicht vorstellen, dass ein Hotel Zimmer ohne Service anbietet, aber es stand so in den Buchungsunterlagen, ich hätte nur alles richtig lesen müssen. Zur Sauberkeit: Spinnweben am Fenster (zwischen Fenster und Heizung), Spinnweben im Bad, im Frühstücksraum eine tote Fliege, die 3 Wochen im Fensterbrett lag, vielleicht liegt sie immer noch dort… Laut Unterlagen sollen die Handtücher 3x in der Woche gewechselt werden, die Bettwäsche wöchentlich. Die Realität: Die Bettwäsche wurde 1x in 3 Wochen gewechselt, die Handtücher in der ersten Woche 3x, danach 1x je Woche. Hinzu kam, dass der Seniorchef in unserer Abwesenheit das Zimmer betrat, um einen Stuhl herauszunehmen, für andere Gäste. Er war sehr überrascht, als meine Frau das Zimmer betrat, nun den Stuhl haben wir den Rest des Urlaubs nicht wiedergesehen. Wir mussten fragen, um an des WLAN-Passwort zu gelangen, die Nutzung war auch nur bis zum vorletzten Tag, nicht bis zum Abreisetag. Wir haben gelegentlich im Hotelrestaurant gespeist, allerdings wurden wir immer mit einem leicht genervten Gesichtsausdruck bedacht, wenn wir sagten, dass wir nicht reserviert hatten (ich wiederhole: das Hotel wirbt mit 3-Sterne-Superior!). Die Küche ist sehr gut, Frühstück ist gut, aber der Rest ist sehr „ausbaufähig“.
