"Room Security & Safety: The most disturbing part of our stay occurred around 8:30–9:00 PM. While we were in bed in our pajamas, an unknown man unlocked and opened our door. He quickly apologized and backed out when he saw the room was occupied. Having an occupied room unlocked from the outside is a massive security failure; room access control is severely compromised. Front Desk & Füssen Card: Check-in took over 30 minutes simply waiting behind a group having an extended casual chat with the...

"My room did not come with air conditioning due to booking the lower fare on Expedia. We agreed to upgrade after trying out the room and paid and then the air conditioning was warmer than if we opened the window. We shut off ac and used a fan. Lots of hassle."

"Cute family run small hotel in an Austrian village. Location is stunning and convenient to visit many attractions. We had no issues checking in with the proactive self check in instructions and the rooms were perfect. Only trouble was carrying our luggage up 2 floors of stairs and the loud hallways/stairs when going in and out. Overall loved the stay and would recommend to others."

"Comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Only bad experience was not the hotel's fault. We had booked a taxi - the only firm on the subsidised Lech scheme - but the driver cancelled without bothering to inform us. I stress, this was not the hotel's fault, but beware of Taxi USO."

"Hotel af ældre dato, men enormt hyggeligt og rent. Virkelig gode senge. Vi boede i en ferielejlighed med plads til 6-8 personer. Rummeligt og med den fineste udsigt til bjergene. Vi havde ikke så meget kontakt med personalet, men de var enormt hjælpsomme og søde når vi mødte dem."
