"Horrible, horrible, horrendous! Just awful! The owner makes his own rules and charges whatever he wants to! I literally have a documented service dog and his keeps charging me a “pet cleaning fee” one minute it’s 20 dollars for the whole week next minute it’s 40 dollars the whole week then he say I’m not going to charge you since you’re in the same room but in actuality he’s putting the “pet cleaning fee” charges on your room!!! He’s a certified scam artist!!! But yet knocking on my door with a do not disturb tag on it begging me to do some electrical work for him! I booked through Expedia which they listed the room was 75 dollars with taxes and fees included!!! He on the back end saying I’m not going to charge you for the “pet cleaning fee “ but yet he’s charging me 125 a night for them BS rooms! I’m going to lie if you get the jacuzzi room yeahhhh that’s nice! At the end of the day he’s a scam artist! If anybody wants a good lawsuit bring your service pet and watch him make up a “pet cleaning fee” "

"Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I did have an issue with billing. I thought I had booked a 3 night stay but apparently I had only booked 2 nights. After the 2nd night, we had been out most of the morning. When we returned, the person at the desk alerted us that we should have checked out by 11. She stated that she had tried to call us and was unsuccessful so she used our credit card on file to bill us another day. I was not told that the price would be higher and i did not receive a receipt. The next morning we checked out. Again, I was not given a receipt. It was only after I got home and received an email that I realized I was charged more than double what i originally paid for the room. Had I known this, I would have went elsewhere! I should have been told that there was a huge price increase."

"The garbage was overflowing outside and inside the bldg for both days I was there. I was in room #1 shower stall had hair all over and on the floor - I was relocated to another room - same thing -I was told by front desk that I had to show both room to the housekeeping supervisor . Supervisor didn't apologize and wasted my time. I have a pic but it's of not the type of hair on your head let me know I can send it "
