"The Neckarsulm hotel is located a few kilometers from the highway therefore it takes the time to find it. The hotel is located in the office neighborhood and it was quite quiet. It is too bad that there is no free parking around there. The room and the bathroom were very clean with enough space for 2 people. My wife and I really enjoyed the comfy beds and very comfortable beddings. Unfortunately we found the breakfast for 16 Euro per person being very expensive and not attractive at all. "

"The Gästehaus Sonnenwirth is a fully automated establishment and its checkin system is just the beginning of its problems. We’d prepaid through Expedia but the checkin software couldn’t find the booking. The entrance lobby holds two people and three’s a crowd - the automatic door kept opening and we were battered with rain and hail so we did not enjoy trying to solve the Sonnenwirth’s software problems. The Expedia contact number was answered once by a man who said,”You need to speak to my wife”...

"This place is a complete disaster. The confirmation email listed a different address than the actual location, and the phone number provided was also incorrect. After a long and frustrating effort to finally track down the real address, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude, as if it were my fault for not being able to find the place. It genuinely feels as though they do not want people to visit."

"Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Nur die Temperatur im Zimmer, die viel zu hoch eingestellt war, hat uns etwas gestört. Das könnte vermieden werden."

"Clean, quiet, neat, comfortable. The staff are generally friendly. A bit far from Heilbronn Central Station. About 20-25 minutes on foot. But 5 minutes by bus. overall satisfactory."

"Check-in funktioniert leider nicht wie geplant, auf die von Expedia empfohlene Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte keine Reaktion. Ab 16:00 soll der Check-in vor Ort möglich sein. Gegen 16:15 war niemand erreichbar, die ausgehängte Telefonnummer wurde zwei Mal zu einem Anrufbeantworter weitergeleitet und der Call-Knopf am Tresor lief ins Leere. Im Rückruf würde mir erklärt, dass jemand im Gastraum ist, der war jedoch noch verschlossen. Danach erschien man dann doch zum Check-in"

"When I stood before the same address, Pezzalottistr 5 in a neighbouring town ( my GPS mistake) and sent an email to the hotel, the person behind the desk reacted immediately, and guided me to the right place. Staff in general was very friendly. The garage is a plus, and the hotel is a pleasant walk away from the city center. "
