"I have stayed in this hotel back when it was just the Riverview and it felt like stepping into a late '80s time jump lol. After a while of indecisive curiosity, I decided to go ahead and book a room at the newly renovated DoubleTree by Hilton. I was very impressed and could not tell what it used to be. "Stayed here for the first time and was impressed with everything from check in to the room. I needed a room for the night as I was stopping in town before heading to Gatlinburg and meeting my fiance. This was by far the best hotel. Of the 3 others we stayed in and Everytime I come back to Clarksville I am booking at this hotel as long as it stays like this. I would highly recommend this place. "

"The hotel exceeded my expectations for the cost. It had plenty of room for myself, my daughter, and her three children (6 yo boy and twin girls-3 yo). The full-size fridge and microwave was a godsend when we got in from our long road trip to feed the kids and store what we needed to.
