"If this was a 4 star hotel it would be poor, however it professes to be 5 star, which makes it terrible. Room, a cool suite. Bedroom, living room & 2 bathrooms. That said the sound system in the room was an old CD player. Not retro! Food - We expected 4 places to eat, there was only a buffet open for b/fast, lunch & dinner. The Stone was open lunch till 6pm & the Taverna open for dinner only Monday & Friday! However due to the terrible staff (excluding housekeeping who were good but...

"I'm actually quite disappointed with this hotel. I wished I complained when we arrived. First of all, the hotel grounds itself is amazinggggg. Food is amazing. The only let down was the room. The room is so basic for what you pay at this hotel. Everything else is so well thought of but then you go into your room and it's so meh. Nothing speculatar about the room itself. Very underwhelming. We got the pool with private garden and there was no access way to the garden. You have to swim to get to...

"We loved this hotel, for the all-inclusive package, it’s beautiful, and the rooms were very nice. However, we made two dinner reservations upon check-in, and neither restaurant had our names on their list. Even though we saw the reservations when we were checking in. Also, unfortunately, they were experiencing power issues, and our electricity went on and off more than 10 times throughout out stay, which is very inconvenient because when the power goes out the air-conditioning and the fan turned...

"Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Anlage ist sehr groß weshalb einem „längere Fußwege“ bewusst sein sollten. Das Frühstück im Main Restaurant war in Ordnung. Das Abendessen war nicht wirklich gut - man hat aber mehrere Optionen auch außerhalb Essen zu gehen. Ich würde hier nie auf einen Mietwagen verzichten."

"Once you adjust to the sheer size and scale of this lovely hotel, you really appreciate how good it is. Excellent food, drink, accommodation and weather… what more could you ask. The only down side for us was the general area outside the hotel resort was quiet with very little night life to talk about, everything is at least a ten minute taxi ride away, great if your looking for some peace and quiet in a high spec resort. Overall a great hotel and well worth another visit in the future."
